Turkey & Stuffing Casserole

 

1 box stove top stuffing (prepared according to box directions)

3 tablespoons no cholesterol margarine

1 stalk celery chopped

½ small onion chopped

3-tablespoon flour

1 13-ounce can of evaporated skim milk

1/8-teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1-teaspoon salt

3 cups cooked and diced turkey

 

Melt margarine; add celery and onion. Cook onion until it is transparent. Blend in flour; add milk stirring constantly. Add pepper, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Sir until smooth, and thickened. Add turkey and stir. In the bottom of 2-quart casserole, press the stuffing mix reserving ½ cup for top. Pour turkey mixture over the stuffing and crumble reserved ½ cup of stuffing on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
