Stuffed Green Peppers

 

1 pound of hamburger

2 to 3 cups of tomato juice

2 cans of tomato rice soup

6 green peppers

 

Brown hamburger, add the soup and juice. Cut the tops off green peppers and remove seeds. Put hamburger mixture in peppers. If any left, spoon around the peppers. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour until peppers are tender. If you like you can add cheese over top and bake 3 to 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
