Chocolate Cream Cheese Pie
Crust:
1
cube melted butter
1-cup
flour
½ cup
finely chopped nuts
Combine
all ingredients, press crust in 9x13 inch oblong pan (or 2 round pie plates).
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool completely.
Filling:
1
8-ounce cream cheese
2 cup
cool whip (1 large tub)
1 cup
powdered sugar
1
large box instant chocolate pudding
Beat
cream cheese, cool whip and powdered sugar with electric mixer until well
blended. Spoon this onto crust.
Next
layer:
Mix
pudding and pour on top of cream cheese layer. Now set. Top with remaining cool
whip. Sprinkle with nuts or chocolate pieces. Refrigerate.
