Chicken and Broccoli Bake

chicken breasts
2 10-ounce
packages frozen broccoli
1
fresh cauliflower cut up
Pepperidge
farm herb seasoned stuffing
Pats
of butter
Cream
Sauce:
1/3-cup
butter
1/3-cup
flour
3
cups milk
Salt,
pepper and accent to taste
Old
English cheese or Velveeta
Cook
broccoli till tender crisp. Cook cauliflower till tender crisp. Cook chicken
breasts (boil) till done. Take meat off bone.
Cream
Sauce: Mix over medium heat, 1/3-cup butter, flour, milk, salt, pepper and
accent. Melt cheese in cream sauce.
Layer
in 9x13 inch pan, broccoli, cauliflower and chicken. Pour over cheese sauce.
Sprinkle with ½ package of stuffing on top with pats of butter. Bake ½ hour to
heat.
