Cheese Cake

 

2 large cans evaporated milk (very cold)

2 packages large cream cheese (soft)

2 cups sugar

1-tablespoon vanilla

6 tablespoon lemon juice

2 packages lemon jello (or 1 large)

2 cups hot water

 

Beat milk until stiff. Set aside. Mix other ingredients and blend together. Put in to graham cracker crust (in 9x13 pan).

 

Graham Cracker Crust:

16 small graham crackers crushed

6 tablespoons sugar

12 tablespoons melted butter or margarine

 

Mix and spread in pan. You can either sprinkle the cheesecake with reserved crust, or spread with cherry pie filling.
