Banana Shortcake
Biscuits:
2
cups Bisquick
2
tablespoons sugar
2 to
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
Stir all
together with a fork. Put your hands in and see if it holds together nicely, then
there is enough shortening. Add 2/3 cup milk or less for drop biscuits. Bake at
425 degrees for 10 minutes.
Filling:
Mash
bananas, use 2 tablespoons of fruit fresh or lemon juice, and add ¼ cup sugar.
Split
biscuits and put filling between and on top. Add crushed pineapple if not
enough bananas.
